Which invoicing app for a Slovak sole trader? Prices and terms compared
A good invoicing app for a Slovak sole trader (živnostník) issues an invoice with a PAY by square QR code, receives e-invoices from 1 January 2027, has no surprises in its price and does not make you buy a second program for bookkeeping when you move to actual expenses. Below, 8 apps side by side, each by its own price list and public pages as they stood on 3 November 2026, with links to them. Where others are better today
We make this comparison ourselves, so it also says where others are ahead of us.
- SuperFaktúra (since 23 October 2026), KROS (since 28 October 2026), eFaktura.sk and Faktúry Online already send e-invoices, and iDoklad has announced 5 November 2026. Vporiadku does not send yet; general availability is planned for Q4 2026.
- SuperFaktúra, iDoklad, KROS, eFaktura.sk, 1FAKTURA and Billdu have mobile apps. Vporiadku runs in the phone's browser; native apps are planned for 2027.
- Faktúry Online costs €30 a year excl. VAT and the first year is free, which is less than our yearly Profi.
- More document languages: SuperFaktúra issues documents in 14, Faktúry Online in 12. Vporiadku prints invoices in six.
- SuperFaktúra, KROS, iDoklad and Faktúry Online have been on the market longer and have more users; KROS also sells double-entry accounting and payroll, which we do not have.
- eFaktura.sk runs its own certified delivery provider and also drafts invoices from text or voice.
- Money back is not ours alone: SuperFaktúra and iDoklad give 14 days, Billdu 7 days.

What is the best invoicing app for a sole trader in Slovakia?
It depends on what you need, and five things are worth checking. The final price: with prices excl. VAT you also pay the VAT if you are not a VAT payer. The free plan: whether it is for good and with what limits. E-invoicing: from 1 January 2027 everyone must be able to receive e-invoices. Bookkeeping: whether it is included when you move to actual expenses. Money back, if the app does not suit you. The table above shows this for 8 apps, with links to their price lists.
How much does Vporiadku cost?
Start is free for good, with unlimited invoices and 5 clients. Profi costs €3.99 a month or €39 a year, which is €3.25 a month. Nothing is added, because we are not a VAT payer. A new account gets 30 days of Profi free, without a card.
Will I get my money back if Vporiadku does not suit me?
Yes. Within 14 days of the first payment for Profi or a module we refund the full amount on request, no reason needed. It applies once per company (IČO) and only to the first payment; the details are in our Terms of Service, article IV-B.
Will Vporiadku cost more in 2027?
We will not raise the Profi price before the end of 2027, for new and existing users alike; we committed to this in our Terms of Service, article IV. For comparison, eFaktura.sk raises its Pro plan to €9.80 a month excl. VAT from 1 January 2027, according to its own price list.
Is Vporiadku ready for e-invoicing from 1 January 2027?
Partly. A received UBL e-invoice can be uploaded and read today on every plan, free Start included, and on Profi it becomes an expense in one click. Sending over the Peppol network through a certified partner is planned for Q4 2026 and is not running yet. If you need to send e-invoices right away, SuperFaktúra, KROS, eFaktura.sk and Faktúry Online already send them.

On Profi, yes: simple bookkeeping with the cash journal and the three statutory books, expenses, bank import, VAT reports, assets, the vehicle log and stock. We do not do double-entry accounting or payroll.
