A team with roles, several companies in one account, an accountant seat and an API. And one thing said plainly: the double-entry accounting a limited company keeps by law is not here.
There are four of us. We need a colleague to be able to issue an invoice, our accountant to see the documents without editing them, and the whole thing to connect to our systems. We do not want to deploy an ERP for that.
The base plan plus the Firma module. Nothing else is needed.
Invite by e-mail, access to your workspace, removal whenever you want. The price is per workspace, not per person.
Owner, admin, member and accountant. The rule is that whatever is not explicitly allowed is forbidden. A new feature stays closed to the other roles until we deliberately open it.
A sole tradership and a limited company, for instance. Every document remembers which company issued it, and new ones are issued from the active company.
Reads documents and settings and produces exports, but changes nothing. No need to hand over the owner's credentials.
The public REST API has 49 operations: invoices from draft to credit note and cancellation, with PDF and ISDOC, payments, clients, the catalogue, expenses, received e-invoices and bank accounts. Each key gets only the scopes you give it, and partner software connects over OAuth 2.0. Webhooks: 35 events in 13 groups, HMAC signatures, retries on failure and a delivery log.
The quote to order to delivery note to invoice chain, with the document's origin preserved throughout.
The audit trail is written automatically: who, what, old and new value, when. It is available through the API today; it does not have its own screen yet.
A limited company has obligations an invoicing tool does not cover. We would rather you did not learn that from your accountant.
A limited company keeps it by law. We only have single-entry accounting, i.e. a cash journal for sole traders and micro-companies. Accounting stays with your accountant or their software. We hand the documents over in ISDOC, Pohoda XML or CSV.
We do not have them and will not. If you have employees, payroll happens elsewhere.
Warehouse, assets, trip log and the accounting books are all in the base plan. If you say at sign-up that they do not apply, they never reach your menu.
That is the complete list. If something on it matters to you, get in touch before signing up. We will say plainly whether it is planned.
The base plan plus the Firma module. Five team seats are included; you do not pay per user.

If your accounting and payroll are already in KROS, staying under one roof makes sense. If what you want from an invoicing tool is mostly speed and AI, compare the prices on these cards and what each plan includes.
Where they are better: KROS covers double-entry accounting and payroll, precisely what we do not, and has published a launch date for e-invoicing (autumn 2026).
Full comparison with KROS FakturáciaiDoklad is well established and has a free plan with five contacts. Our free plan also has five clients, plus the AI assistant.
Where they are better: iDoklad has a strong accountant channel, a longer track record on the market than we do, and a published e-invoicing launch date (autumn 2026), free receiving included.
Full comparison with iDokladCompetitor prices are their own published prices excluding VAT, verified on October 15, 2026. If you spot an inaccuracy, tell us and we will correct it.
Send them to colleagues and to your accountant. They work without an account.
No. A limited company keeps double-entry accounting and we do not do that. vporiadku is where documents are created and live; you hand them to your accountant in ISDOC, Pohoda XML or CSV, or give them their own seat that reads and exports.
