Switch to us. Bring your data with you.

The biggest obstacle to changing invoicing software is retyping years of work. Not here: customers, price list and issued invoices all come in from a file.

How it works

  1. 1. Export the data from your old software

Nearly every invoicing product can export customers and invoices to CSV or Excel. If you cannot find where, write to us and we will point you to it for your specific product.

  2. 2. Upload the file here

We detect the encoding and the delimiter ourselves. Slovak exports are usually Windows-1250 with semicolons, and we expect that.

  3. 3. Check the column mapping

We show you which column we understood as what. If we got it wrong, you fix it with one click.

  4. 4. See what would happen, before it does

Before anything is saved you see, row by row, what will be created, what is a duplicate and where the errors are. Only then does anything get written.

What we guarantee

Original invoice numbers are preserved

An imported invoice keeps the number it has on paper. We also move our own numbering series forward so it can never issue that number again.

Importing twice duplicates nothing

Upload the same file a second time and we recognise the matching records and skip them.

Every import can be rolled back

If the column mapping goes wrong, one click deletes everything the import created. You never have to clean up by hand.

One bad row does not sink the import

Failed rows are skipped, the rest is imported, and the errors are listed so you can correct them.

Where we can import from

We ship a prepared column mapping for these products. If yours is not listed the import still works; you map the columns yourself.

  • SuperFaktúra
  • iDoklad
  • KROS (Omega / Alfa plus / iKROS)
  • Money S3
  • Fakturoid
  • Billdu

This mapping was built from the vendor's documentation; we have not yet verified it against a real export. That is why we always show you the mapping to check.

What can be moved

  • Customers including company ID, tax ID, VAT ID and address
  • Suppliers, for recording received documents
  • Price list of items and services with VAT rates
  • Issued invoices including their individual line items
  • Received documents from earlier periods
  • Bank accounts with IBAN
  • Individual invoices in ISDOC or UBL format

Templates to download

Fill them in in Excel and upload them back. The files are UTF-8 with semicolons, so a Slovak Excel opens them correctly.

Frequently asked questions

Does my export have to be in an exact format?
No. A CSV or Excel file where one row is one record and the first row holds the column names is enough. You map the rest in our interface.
What if the file shows broken characters?
Slovak exports are usually Windows-1250. We detect that automatically, and if we get it wrong you switch the encoding by hand and see the sample update immediately.
Will I lose my original invoice numbers?
No. The document number is taken exactly as it appears in the file. We also move our numbering series forward so a collision cannot happen.
What if the import goes wrong?
You can roll the whole import back with one click. We delete exactly what it created, and you can try again with a corrected mapping.
How many rows can you handle at once?
One file may hold up to 20,000 rows. Split a longer history across several files. Each one can be rolled back on its own.
