For VAT payers

A control statement every month, and e-invoicing from January 2027

We build the statements from your real documents and flag in advance what the tax office would send back. What is not finished yet is written below in the same size type.

A control statement every month, a recapitulative statement on top, and now mandatory e-invoicing from 2027 with penalties. I need to know whether the software will actually be ready, or whether it leaves me stranded in December 2026.
This is the one segment with a date written into law. That is why this page also states what we do not know yet.

What you get

Everything a VAT payer needs for the statement to exist at all, and a list of discrepancies before you file it.

  • VAT control statement

All ten sections from A1 to D2, built from issued invoices, received documents and manual entries. Cash-register lines can be added by hand into section D1.

  • Recapitulative statement

EU supplies: goods, triangular transactions and services, each with the right code.

  • Sixteen tax categories, not just a rate

Zero per cent has five different reasons and each belongs in a different cell of the statement. A line marked zero with no reason deliberately blocks the statement until you supply one. A guessed category means a wrong filing.

  • VAT number checks against VIES

Check a single VAT number, your whole client list, or one specific customer. Results are remembered, so nothing is re-checked over and over.

  • e-Invoices: receiving from a file works, sending is being prepared

Upload a received UBL e-invoice by hand and read it, free on every plan, permanently; on the Profi plan you turn it into an expense in one click. Invoices also export to ISDOC. Creating UBL 2.1 e-invoices per EN 16931 and validating them is finished; they come with the e-Faktúra module, which is being prepared together with sending.

  • Statement import and payment matching

camt.053, MT940 and CSV. Payments are matched on variable symbol, amount, IBAN and date; a strong match is applied automatically, anything weaker comes to you as a suggestion.

  • Received invoices with a statement section

Every expense carries its B1, B2 or B3 section and a VAT deduction percentage. We can read the fields from a photo or PDF and flag the ones we are unsure about.

What you will not find here

Better written now than discovered in March.

  • Double-entry accounting

We do not have it and do not plan to. We only keep single-entry accounting, i.e. a cash journal for sole traders and micro-companies. There is no general ledger, no 5xx/6xx accounts and no trial balance.

  • Payroll and HR

A category we are not entering. If you have employees, payroll will be handled elsewhere.

  • OSS filing

You can flag your OSS registration and we will warn you if you sell to EU consumers without it. We do not compile the OSS return itself.

  • Warehouse, assets and trip log, if you do not want them

They exist and they are in the base plan. If you say at sign-up that they do not apply to you, they never reach your menu.

If something on this list matters to you, talk to us before you sign up rather than after.

What it costs a VAT payer

The Profi base plan. E-invoice sending is planned to launch in Q4 2026; 50 documents a month will then be included in its price.

  • Profi: the whole product for a single user3,99 €

Total

3,99 €/ monthexcl. VAT

4,91 € incl. VAT (23 %)

Paid yearly that is 39 € a year, i.e. 3,25 € a month, which is 18 % less.

VAT statements are available even on the free Start plan: it is a legal obligation, not a premium extra. Receiving e-invoices is always free.

KROS, eFaktura.sk, or us

These are the tools a VAT payer weighs up ahead of 2027.

vporiadku

3,99 € / month excl. VAT

VAT statements are in the free plan too, 50 sent e-invoices a month will be part of Profi from launch, and the AI assistant and document scanning are in the base price.

KROS Fakturácia

from 5,90 € / month excl. VAT

KROS is the best-known Slovak accounting-software vendor and its invoicing product is solid. The difference is the price and what is inside it: here the cash journal, warehouse, assets and trip log are all in the base plan, at KROS they are separate programs.

Where they are better: KROS has published a launch date for e-invoicing (autumn 2026) and promises unlimited e-invoice receiving on its free plan. It also sells double-entry accounting and payroll, which we do not have and never will.

eFaktura.sk Pro

from 4,90 € / month excl. VAT

eFaktura.sk is aimed squarely at e-invoicing. One thing to keep in mind when comparing prices: according to their own price list, the Pro plan doubles on 1 January 2027. Our base plan price does not change on that date, and it will include 50 sent e-invoices a month.

Where they are better: They run their own certified Peppol access point. We have no access point of our own and will not have one: sending through a certified partner is being prepared, and not a single document has gone out through it yet.

Competitor prices are their own published prices excluding VAT, verified on October 15, 2026. If you spot an inaccuracy, tell us and we will correct it.

Frequently asked questions

No, and it matters to say that precisely. We build the statement from your real documents, run 22 kinds of check and let you download the XML. The element names in that XML are our reconstruction, not the tax authority's official schema, so have it validated before your first real filing. The VAT return itself is source data for filing here, not the filing.
