0 € / month excl. VATDocuments with their attachments, numbering with no duplicates, ISDOC and Pohoda XML export, and access you can open yourself. The control statement is built from the documents and lists what is missing from them.
You have your system and that is fine. There is only one thing you need from us: that your client hands over documents in a form you can read, and that you can reach them without asking anyone for a password.
I do not need another accounting program. I need my client to hand over documents on time, complete, and in a form I can import, and to be able to get at them myself when they forget to send them.
Nothing to install and nothing to learn.
The Accountant role reads documents and settings and produces exports, but does not change documents. Your client never has to give you their own credentials.
ISDOC 6.0.1 and Pohoda XML for invoices, a ZIP package per document, and CSV for the cash journal and all three statutory books.
The control and recapitulative statements are built from invoices and expenses, not from hand-copied totals. Each one comes with a list of discrepancies: missing VAT numbers, failed VIES checks, supply dates outside the period.
Every expense carries its scan or PDF. You do not have to collect them out of e-mail.
One account, membership of several workspaces, one click to switch.
We can issue a discount promo code for your clients, tagged so it is visible how many people came through you.
Most offers to accountants end with a request to change tools. This is not one of them.
You have your system and we are not replacing it. Our job ends where we hand you clean data.
We only keep single-entry accounting for sole traders and micro-companies. Limited-company clients come to you with documents, not with a general ledger.
You switch between workspaces one at a time. There is no shared dashboard for a whole practice yet. We say it plainly so you do not go looking for it.
If that shared dashboard is the deciding factor, tell us. How many people say so is how we will decide whether to build it.
Nothing. The client pays, and only when they want a team or an accountant seat.

The accountant seat is part of the Firma module (3,90 € a month excl. VAT), which your client buys. You pay nothing.
A client who wants to give you access needs the Firma module on top of the base plan. Their free Start plan runs forever, so they can try us before paying anything.

Documents with their attachments, numbering with no duplicates, ISDOC and Pohoda XML export, and access you can open yourself. The control statement is built from the documents and lists what is missing from them.
A client who invoices in Excel sends you a folder in January. Something will be missing, one invoice number will appear twice, and a third of the documents will have no attachment. This is the alternative we compete with, not other software.
Where they are better: It costs the client nothing and there is nothing to learn. At three invoices a year it is still a reasonable choice and we will not pretend otherwise.
Competitor prices are their own published prices excluding VAT, verified on July 29, 2026. If you spot an inaccuracy, tell us and we will correct it.
Send them to your clients. They answer the question before it reaches you.
Nothing. The accountant seat is part of the Firma module, which the client buys. We charge nothing extra for your access.
