For sole traders on flat-rate expenses

You invoice for services and you do not want an accounting program

vporiadku shows you exactly what you need: invoices, clients, who has paid, and when your contributions are due. Warehouse, depreciation and accounting books stay out of your menu until you switch them on yourself.

I issue a few invoices a month. I do not need accounting. I need it to take three minutes and I need not to forget my contributions and my tax return.
That is how sole traders selling services describe it. This page is built around it.

What you get

Seven things. Nothing you have to configure before your first invoice.

  • An invoice in seconds

Type or dictate a sentence such as “Boiler repair, Novák, 250 euros” and you have a draft. Dictation works in Chrome and Edge; Safari and Firefox do not support it yet.

  • A payment QR code

Every invoice carries a PAY by square code. Your client scans it in their banking app and the payment is pre-filled, variable symbol included.

  • Reminders the system sends

You set how many days before and after the due date to chase. No invoice is ever chased more than once a day.

  • Contributions and advances

We calculate your social and health insurance contributions from your actual income and show what next year will look like.

  • Personal income tax return, type B

A full calculation, including a comparison of flat-rate and actual expenses, so you can see which is better for you. The tax calculation and the contributions calculator are available on every plan, including the free one.

  • For the day you switch to actual expenses

The cash journal and the three statutory books are part of the base plan. No second program to buy, no tool to change.

  • Export for your accountant

ISDOC, Pohoda XML or CSV. Your accountant gets the documents in a form their software can read.

What will not get in your way

This is not a list of what we lack. It is a list of what you will not see in your menu, because it does not apply to you.

  • Warehouse and stocktaking

You sell services. Stock movements, inventory valuation and stocktaking sheets will not appear.

  • Fixed assets and depreciation

Depreciation groups and schedules exist in the product for the people who need them. Not in your menu.

  • VAT control and recapitulative statements

You are not VAT registered, so no VAT statements and no tax categories on invoice lines.

  • Trip log and travel orders

One switch turns them on the day you need them. Until then they will not be in the way.

  • Payroll and HR

We do not have these at all and we never will. If you ever hire someone, payroll will be handled elsewhere. Better said now than later.

You can switch any hidden area on at any time in Settings, under Modules. The More modules link in the menu takes you there too. Nothing is locked, it is just tidied away.

What it costs

One plan. Not a single add-on a sole trader on flat-rate expenses would need.

  • Profi: the whole product for a single user3,99 €

Total

3,99 €/ monthexcl. VAT

4,91 € incl. VAT (23 %)

Paid yearly that is 39 € a year, i.e. 3,25 € a month, which is 18 % less.

The free Start plan gives you five clients and a watermark on the PDF, and it lasts forever. Profi can be tried for 30 days without a card.

Excel, another tool, or us

These are the options a sole trader on flat-rate expenses genuinely chooses between.

vporiadku

3,99 € / month excl. VAT

An invoice from a single sentence, a payment QR code, reminders, contributions and the tax return in one tool. You do not pay for a warehouse or for accounting statements you will never open.

Excel, Word or a paper pad

free, except for your time

A spreadsheet template costs nothing and is enough for a handful of invoices a year. What it does not do: check that you have not used the same invoice number twice, produce a payment QR code, show you who still owes you, or warn you about a deadline. All of that stays on you.

Where they are better: It costs nothing and you hand your data to nobody. At three invoices a year it is an entirely reasonable choice and we will not pretend otherwise.

SuperFaktúra

from 4,99 € / month excl. VAT

An established Slovak tool. You will issue an invoice in it just as well as here. The difference is the price, the fact that our free plan is permanent, and that here an invoice can be created from one sentence or by voice. SuperFaktúra has no assistant that drafts an invoice from text and no voice input.

Where they are better: Longer on the market, a larger user base, and a 30-day trial. If you want the longest track record, that is theirs.

KROS ALFA plus

from 10,18 € / month excl. VAT

The day you move from flat-rate to actual expenses you must keep a cash journal. KROS sells one as a separate program, ALFA plus. Here the cash journal and the three statutory books are part of the base plan: no second program, no change of tool.

Where they are better: KROS is an established Slovak accounting-software vendor with a training and support network, and it sells double-entry accounting and payroll, which we do not have.

Competitor prices are their own published prices excluding VAT, verified on July 29, 2026. If you spot an inaccuracy, tell us and we will correct it.

Free tools that need no account

They answer your question before you even open an account.

Frequently asked questions

No. During sign-up you say you are not VAT registered, and the whole VAT area (control statement, recapitulative statement, tax categories) stays out of your menu. A business that is not VAT registered neither charges nor states VAT, so your invoices carry no VAT: the system will not save a VAT-charging invoice for a non-payer.
